Terms of service

What FirstLetter is. An informal expression-of-interest platform. We print and post one letter on your behalf. We are not an estate agent, auctioneer, or party to any transaction.

Individual use only. Bulk, commercial, or institutional use is prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.

Non-binding. All expressions of interest are informal and carry no legal weight. Any conversation that follows is between two individuals.

Refunds. Automatic full refund on sending failure. Partial refund (postage only) if the address is reported undeliverable. No refund once a letter is confirmed delivered.

Liability. FirstLetter is not responsible for the outcome of any conversations between buyers and homeowners.

Governing law. Republic of Ireland for IE addresses; England and Wales for UK addresses.
